This is to bring in notice to the management of Honda that how one of your customer is suffering from the torture ,
Its been 2 months that i have purchased a honda Brio and following up the issue , please check the trailing mail for details .
As i result i am unable to drive and car and following up for the same issues , even tough Mr abhinav ( Area manager north head )
got it serviced to remove the noise from the engine but eventually they make the engine down and opened all the parts from the hood . Does it what customer gets after buying NEW HONDA ??? This is HONDA ?? i am shocked and stunned from the action which he has taken and as a result its a total loss of 5 lakh for me .
I request you to please call me up and close this issue , else i need to take legal action and even will come up with media for this .
I bought honda with the perception of something and this is what i got , should a customer deserve a new car with engine problems ??
IN Brief - I am not driving the car now , its still parked in my garage until and unless HONDA gets my issue solved , i want HONDA to replace my car urgently
