The dealership of Honda company with this dealer is in some problem and they have kept on collecting orders and full payments of all booked vehicles booked in the month of March-11 & onwards and yet not delivered the vehicles i.e. "Activa" . Previously they have misplaced my documents which were submitted at the time of booking and we waited for more than 11 months for the call to be recd from their side. On visiting the showroom , we came to know about this and they asked for full payment which we made on 12/06/2012 with a promise to deliver the vehicle in next 30 days but they didn't.
Now again we have to keep on following up with them and they are not giving any particular date of delivery and keeping our funds blocked with them. This has brought unsatisfactorily experience to Honda customers who have opted for their reputed product.
We hope that Honda company should take necessary steps to resolve the issues with this dealer and clear the long pending deliveries to their esteemed customers else we will be forced to go to consumer court & media to avail the desired result of delivery of vehicle or refund with interest and penalty.
