Hi,
I have purchase one Samsung Digital camera ES28 from home shop on 18th of oct. I used it only for 5 days and suddenly it stopped working.
I submitted the camera in Kanpur to samsung authorized service center (Token No. 52828) now its been 1 months but samsung service people are not even replying regrading the problem.... I am following up with them continuously and now 7 days back they told me that this model no is not under their list.
samsung service is extremely pathetic, the peoples are also not cooperative and not giving any updates to me. It is really very sad that big brands like Samsung and business partner HS18 are giving such kind of service. The model they sold is now out of date and the parts are even not present in the service center, what kind of business are they doing its totally disgraceful. I have never expected from such renowned brands samsung and HS18.
I am totally now frustrated and need help to get either my money back or my product in running condition.
