at home - @home Complaint about Sofa Product Fault & Worst Service

I have purchased Feather Sofa 3 +2 +1 (Black Color) from @home shop at Nirmal Life Style, Mulund 2 years back. At the time of delivery 2 seater sofa was having crack on arm rest, which I got replaced from @home.
After some Time on other 2 Sofas (3 seater & 1 seater) cracks were developed all over, which looks like manufacturing defect in that lot.
I had visited many times to @home shop at Korum mall thane (as it is nearest to my home,) for complaining regarding this issue, but I had very bad experience. Every time I have received reply from concern person that they will send someone to take photographs & then they will launch complaint. But no one has visited to take photographs. Finally after 6-7 visits (more than 2 months duration) they have sent a person to take photographs. I haven’t received any response for more than 2 weeks after taking photographs; they haven't provided complaint number either. Then I had sent Email to connect@at-home.co.in regarding complaint.

After Email Mr. Aniket Jadhav called me & he sent someone to take photos of Sofa on 12th July again.
No further communication after that.
I had tried to reach Mr. Aniket Jadhav on his Cell (********11) many times, but his cell is either not reachable or not answered. I was very frustrated due to such kind of service.
After many follow-ups their executives had called & provided solution saying "You pay Rs. 7000 & we will replace material for all 3 Sofas", which we have agreed. When we visited to @home mulund shop he had shown sample of material which is not same as or even similar to the quality of existing material of Sofa. They are not providing any other samples for choice with good quality. I really wonder that good brand like @ home cannot get single decent good quality material for Sofa. I have tried to discuss this issue with Store Manager "Anoop", but received similar response. The sample provided by him was not up to the mark to accept. During discussion he ended up saying "You buy material & give it to us" & losing his temper, which means I should bare complete cost of material. Whereas during initial discussion it was accepted that it was product fault. Even sofa expert had commented it's faulty product.

We are very disappointed with @ home service. Even for the sample for material @ home employees misguide us. We have confirmed with one of the employee about "wings" sofa & he confirmed that it's local brand. When we ask for the material for same "Wings" brand to use for replacement, then they said "It's Imported sofa, hence its material is not available". This is clearly cheating.
Store Manager “Anoop” said “I will provide you reference of some of my vendors from whom you can buy material for Sofa”. I really wonder if Mr. Anoop’s vendors can provide material to common man like me then why can’t they provide it to @home, who is there regular Client. This clearly proves that these @home employees tried to cheat by providing worst material in place of original by creating scenario like this is the only material available.
The executives who attend us always commit to "callback after confirming with DC", but they never bothered to complete their commitment unless we personally visit the shop or send mail reminder.
Good Business is built on Goodwill & word of mouth. We had decided to buy sofa from @home on the basis of trust & market reputation & we were expecting same during service. But the serviced received is extremely opposite of expectation. It will not take much time to publish same story on web & to let people know what kind of service they will be getting after they purchase anything from @ home. I have never experienced such a worst service from any brand at the level of @home.
I hope there will be marketing experts in @home or higher management who worries about companies goodwill & growth.
