I have purchased vacation voucher from one of employee of TATA AIA Life Insurance. I have paid 21000/- before one year back. Company has tie-up with TravelPort for this trip. After 3-4 months of time, company has cancelled the agreement with TravelPort and since then there is no status of my vouchers.

I have heard that employee has been sacked by the company and now there is no reply from the company. I have sent mail to local Sales Manager at Ahmedabad office but they have no time to take this matter seriously, so they have not replied or called me or even sent any acknowledgment.

I request you to look into the matter and inform me. I am ready to provide all mail communications with TravelPort for this matter.
