I am writing to express the poor services which I have got from M/s Auto Link Enterprises Pvt Ltd 60 Rama road Najafgarh Road Indl area New Delhi

I Handover My Car No DL1Y 4474 for repairing to M/s Auto Link Enterprises Pvt Ltd on 8/12/10. But the service was very delay as well poor. I got my cab on 14/12/10. After the service Car has only run 250 Km and on the way Broke down at Bharatpur (Rajasthan) The service was not performed correctly, I was billed the wrong amount Rs 40000/-, something was not disclosed clearly or was misrepresented. They Have send car for the maintains at Surbhi Associates Bharatpur (Rajasthan) They have advised me car will get repaired soon but from 15/12/10 to 25 Jan 2011 car still standby at Surbhi Associates Bharatpur (Rajasthan) .

During the time I contact many times with M/s Auto Link Enterprises. But they did not bring any attention about this. During this time I got loss per day Rs 3000/- I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by M/s Auto Link Enterprises.

So Request to concern Department please consider about the matter, and take soon action. As I Highly disappointed with the service of M/s Auto Link Enterprises Pvt Ltd.
