Dear Sir/Madam ,
I gave my bike for servicing at the mentioned centre for issues like Handle shaking left and right and fork was loose and bush was damaged .
Same is mentioned in job card also .
But they were delivering my bike without fixing the issue but ,only polish and washing was done .
Service manager Mr Anil when asked mechanic , mechanic refused to accept the issue. Anil asked mechanic to change the part but which was not done.
Please note that my bike was tested by manager itself before handing over for service .
bike is never verified for all issues mentioned in job card before delivery. We have to just pay and take away the vehicle.
I wasted a day and service charges with inconvenience.[ i left my vehicle in heritage to fix the issue perfectly for one more day]
Heritage just does paper work no guarantee of service , no quality at all . Which causes degrading of bike quality.
Hardly two years old bike n fork and handle issue, cant believe. mileage is just 40 in city ride.
Where a customer should go if company dealers are fooling and spoiling our hard earned vehicle ?
Also got to know that one customers battery was replaced with old one. just fyi .
No security of our vehicle parts.
Please take necessary and strict action .
