I am resident of Hoodi, Mahadevpura, Bangalore. I would like to bring to your notice that the many residents of Hoodi village are affected badly due to heavy noise pollution created by a small scale industry surrounding to residential area. The machines used in industry make heavy noise throughout the day, and this disturbs the peaceful atmosphere in the vicinity, as machines used without soundproof encloser which leads to heavy noise pollution. This puts heavy mental strain on people staying in the nearby areas.

As per the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules 2000 & Indian Standards for ambient noise levels are

Area Day Time Night Time
Residential 55 dB(A) 45 dB(A)
Industrial 75 dB(A) 65dB(A)

Noise created by said industry is way too high then above mentioned ambient noise levels. This noise pollution is acting as SLOW POISON and killing us day by day. Please help us for god sake and save our lives from this slow poison

Please take the necessary action as soon as possible to get us rid of from this noise pollution. We would be thankful to you forever.
