Dear Sir,

I hereby like to bring to your notice that the goods(J2 00G Galaxy J2-Gold: Samsung : M Mobile) , purchased on 19th February 2017 in the name Grace.E. where the box contains all the items and once it went for billing session the Head set in the box were missing and it was realized on reaching my home. Regarding this if i complaint to the respective dealer they doesn't show any reaction. So kindly take this complaint and do the needful.

Invoice No: SI/AYN/16676
Invoice time: 21.09.25

Kindly take necessary action and revert at the earliest.

mera karbonn ka k9 samart 4g pohan he jesme date 13 jan 2017 heat hoga tha mene mahtura ke R k mobail sarves cantar par dala he par muje koi rispons nahi mil raha he sar plz mera aap se nivedan he ki mera pohan jalde ripeyar kar bae
