Sir/Maam, My spouse is staying separate due to education of my son and her work. I am an officer of Indian air Force and i am posted due to official reasons away from Pune. The house she is staying in is on my name and because of my son i have allowed her to stay in pune since he is studying in Bishops and we had taken this decision to stay this way. This arrangement is since last three years (April 2010). In last two years she has pressurised me to take divorce. initially i did not agree but i realised that she has a different life style, which involves staying away from house for long durations, even during night time. I have evidence of her misgivings. But i kept quite on every threat she gave me since to my sons life is also involved in it. It can be found out from the people who stay in the building that she has grown a very bad temper and generally talks on top of her voice. Our divorce is to materialise on mutual account but due to official reasons i will get a leave only in March, this year. She threatens me of reporting against me for using Voilence against her, where as i have been staying away from her since a long time. Ofcourse i see her during my leave period but since we were to finish the marriage on mutual accord for incompatibility i go to same house for meeting my son. Sir, we have not been in physical contact since long and i have agreed to her demands on every accord. Her activities are suspicious as she usually goes for parties starting late night and comes back late in the night. On few occasions men have come and stayed at my house which she did not inform me. At the moment i am harrassed for every small thing. I am making this complaint in defence of impending situation that she might misuse voilence code for her benefit. I do not want an action against her immediately or till i make another complaint.
