Hello, i have taken a personal loan from fuletron company. due to issues with my salary account. i have been paying all the emi's by cash. i have been working with the collection team from past 1 year. but no resolution i have asked the collection team that i need to pay the balance in 1 payment. but i didnt get any help. now that i have paid all the emi's i am getting calls saying i still have pending emi's to be paid. i understand i have cheque bounce charge but i dont understand how come EMI's are still pending i have the receipts with me. they have added additional 2 EMI in my account but why?? please help
