on 25th oct i was challaned for crossing red light at Anukampa (pitampura)officer told me to pay Rs 1000 as Challan for red light jump.to my surprise ,luckily i browsed delhi police site and showed him that red light jump challan is for Rs 100 only .so he got agitated and tried to harass me .he said he will challan me for 184 MVA, which means dangerous driving.on my insist he challaned me under 119/177 MVA,which is red light jump.so to prove his anger he kept my DL and handed over an acknowledgement for seizing DL,which was clearly a HARASSMENT .mr Ajit Singh Bajwa under Mr Rishi pal singh(SI) were doing this well job.how will i get my Dl and from where , i was not informed by them.kindly look into the matter seriously as we feel unsafe with our own police.
