I have been called by a local train traveler from saidapet Railway station for the harassment of Ticket checker at saidapet Station on this day 29/10/11 @ 5 PM for the reason the ticket checker harassing by telling the return ticket No. 48410 & 48412 is not valid which has been had by they said senior citizen lady ( return ticket issued at saidapet Ticket Counter on 28/10/11

The reason given by the Lady ticket checker that the return tickets are not valid. after my reaching and explaining them at the saidapet station to the ticket checkers Room they have freed the lady senior citizen

that senior citizen had been kept/detained at the saidapet railway station for an hour and there after my explaining that checker with railway police they have freed the senior citizen and asked sorry for the ticket checkers wrong doing and unnecessary harassing senior citizen

I wanted to lodge a complaint then and there but the health situation of the senior lady traveler due to detention made me to drop her at her residence and hence now I am writing this complaint

my humble request to the concern authorities to kindly look into it and pass on the required instruction so that unwarranted trouble will be awaited for some or other reasons best known to the ticket checkers or examiners with railway police

this is purely a wrong doing of the ticket checker and for which verbally she has asked apology from me. my honest submissions for stopping such illegal harassment hence forth
