Harassment by Hijras in traffic signals, I travel often from Banashankari to JP Nagar. The major signal or junction towards this road is Sarakhi Junction or Signal. Hijras are in many number in this junction, and when ever the red signal is given they pound on the people and harass them to give money. Worst affected people are the ones who ply by 2-wheeler and auto rickshaws. People some how to avoid this harassment try to jump signals, and phew our Traffic inspector/police comes in no direction and puts a fine. When asked why don't they chase these Hijras out they tell its not their duty and their main concern is Vehicles and not anything else.
Today however I have asked the traffic police of where and whom to give complaint so that this can be sorted out. He has asked me to lodge a complaint in the nearest police station which is Kumaraswamy Layout police station.
Need help from you people if I could lodge a complaint online or should I visit the police station to lodge the complaint. Advance thanks to all.

These days Hijras demanding at traffic signals has increased a lot.. if not given any money they will hit your window glass with hands and our car need to take few more hits and curses to follow... This has become a regular routine we need to keep enough change for them.. if officials takes some action that would be great.
