Shotformats digital production pvt Ltd. Never do such a mistake to Join this fake and fraud company. It's better don't join any company than this. This company always and daily torture and make you mental if you join this. They take all the employees to work like labour 12-14 hrs without take single break. There is no policy of any employment but if you join they will say you can't take single day leave or half day in case of emergency also you need to come to office otherwise salary deduct and if you come back after a day leave then you need to do extra work to compensate the 1 day leave and every time you have to ready for Saturday and Sunday working too in a week also you have to come office 7 days no off and that too work for 13hrs max without any break and if you take then here management will behind you where you went for 5 mins too it's like a jail once you come after finishing of 14hrs only can go out and in between you can't there office boys also can misbehaves with you anytime be ready for your insult any one can't scold you in front of anyone no policy maintained for employees benefits but they have maintained policy for against of employees like no one can avail any kind of leaves. And later on if you want to switch or moved out of this fraud company they will take revenge from you like HR writes mail to your future HR regarding you that you can't get employment in any other company. They writes bout you that you absconded and later they don't give you any relieving and experience in return so that you can't join any other company. They want labours for their company once you in you trapped here in jail. This happened with me. I myself got trapped here. Every employees working there wants to come out all got trapped there.
