This is Reg Order Nummber BST1100066209 which was placed on 7/23/16 and found defective as on arrival and again BST1100067371 was placed on 7/26/16 was found defective and after so much harassment Overcart refunded me amount for these orders as on 9 Aug 2016.
and then BST1100069035 was placed on 8/2/16 and it was also defective and for refund of this product overcart harassed me alot and finally after so many emails Overcart refund money into Overcart account as Overcart Internal recharge for which i purchased another smartphone BST1100072850 as on 8/18/16 which was promised me to shipped by 19th Aug and it has not been shipped till date and already more than one month gone but still i did not get my right mobile and spending money every time i to face these kind of issues.
So i wants to ask overcart who will be responsible for this Harassment which i am suffering from last one month.
Otherwise i have to file case in Consumer forum for this harassment.
Overcart was also promised me for refund on my order BST1100069035 but they did not refund me the same as they refund the same into overcart account instead into my account snapshot for the same posted by overcart on facebook is attached herewith
