DEBASISH GHOSH DASTIDAR - Harassment and Misbehavior at Ticket Counter person

Dear Sir


I am very much sorry to intimate you that today (27/08/2011) after noon at 17:30 hrs i was harassed by the ticket counter person of Howrah Station at South Eastern section. I asked him for ticket to Durgapur but he roughly denied to give me ticket and told me to go at terminal number 1 ( Eastern Railway) with out any justification. This is to intimate you that earlier i had got ticket from that counter for several times.


It seems to me that either that person do not know how to make that ticket or do not want to work much. Moreover his attitude is also rough which is not at all tolerable.


Since he was not wearing his ID card or not having any identification plate i cannot give the name.


There is two counters in which one was closed. The counters are in front of Platform number 22 of Howrah Station.


However i had to go to terminal 1 and purchased the ticket vide number F ********.
