I have BB 8520, which I have purchased on 02.12.2010 and after couple of months the said mobile got problem with the display. After repaired from your Borivali Mumbai service Centre it was OK, but since then the mobile was getting heated up and again thereafter in May 2012. The Display Screen was damaged. After repairing at Borivali Service Centre, the problem of Heating up was not solved.

So, due to frequent problem, I Kindly request you to replace the said Handset with the new one.
