INTERNATIONAL LTD NOT PAYING DUES TO FIELD WORKERS
Sir,
I have been working with GREENRAY INTERNATIONAL LTD,(an
orissa based marketing company) Greenray Multiplex, Jaleswar, Dist-
Balasore, Orissa, Pin- 756032, Phone- 06781-222970 as field worker
since Aug 2008. This company has 6 stages for its field workers as
per ruling of company booklet issued by board of directors. These are
:- (1) Adviser, (2) Coordinator, (3) Star-1, (4)Star -2, (5)Star-3
and (6) Green Star. Company fixed one year to jump from one stage to
other stage and special promotion quota for the promoters. In turn,
company will pay monthly salary for the duration of next 12 months
starting from 01 May 2012.
I have completed 15.7% promotion quota as Star-2 for the
year 2011-12. Now company has ordered that you are not eligible for
promotion as you have done below 20% quota only. I think it is not
justifiable and violation of labor law as I have worked complete one
year for the company and completed 15.7% promotion quota. Pl help me
and instruct GREENRAY INTERNATIONAL LTD to pay my pending dues from
01 May 2012 according to law.
