Sir, I am working with greenray international ltd, basudevpur branch, dist- bhadrak, orissa.This company have been deducting my tds from 01 apr 2011 to 31 mar 2012 every month. As on 29 apr 2012 I have not received my tds certificate.Despite my email and telephonic contact to branch manager basudevpur branch, mr probod kumar mishra,no response has been received from him. There is a provision of tds amount deposition with it dept by companies is quarterly basis and this company have been deducting from me on that basis. Non-receipt of tds certificate in time suffered the loss of money and peace of mind of me.
