I have placed an Order #100013198 on 26-Feb-2014 around 19:08:14 hrs, against an Invoice #100004375 for an amount Rs. 16974.26.
Two days later I requested for the status. They have replied as follows

I would like to inform you that it mainly takes min. 4 to 5 working days for the shipment except Saturday and Sunday. If shipment is been done from our side you will receive an update about your product tracking details in your given mail Id.

Waited, waited and waited....... patiently! Called several times after a month I decided to cancel and requested for refund, they called and try to convince me they can offer a compensation for the delay, which I refused and asked for the refund. Below is the message from them dated Mar 27, 2014.

Good Evening,
As per telephonic conversation had with one of our customer care executive i apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per your request the order is been cancelled and for refund it will take 10 to 15 working days.

I checked for the status, below is the reply from them dated Apr 10, 2014.

No response from them after this.
I tried to know about the owner of the site and the history of them and understand they are not good business guy!
What I understand.
1. The current website created on 04-Feb-14 last update 02-Mar-14, Valid up to 2017. They have mentioned it was founded on 2003.
2. The Registrant name is Mr. Kaustubh Chokshi, Mobile: +91-********07 e-mail: kaustubh.chokshi@dejavutimes.com
3. He is the former CEO of 'Sadhrta Retail Limited' to know more about him check the below link.
