I bought a dell studio and after 1 year extended the warranty for 3 years. I paid a lot to extend the warranty and the sale guy convinced me to by a warranty and told me that I could also use it in India. Now when I call dell guys for services, they say I cant use the warranty here and will have to use in Ireland. If this is the case. why are they misleading people with their magical tactics and increasing their sales.My computer doesn't work good and also cant use the warranty, I am totally screwed.
