I am getting good service and satisfied with product i wanted to order 3 more for my office but i am surprised that they are not giving discount. I contacted their head office but still they are unwilling to give discount on bulk purchase even though i m existing customer of rupali aqua. The customer service does not put me to their boss so that i can talk to her senior and get a better rate. I am putting this complaint to let the senior people in the organization know that i am a satisfied customer and want to purchase in bulk but need better rates.
