greetings. this is mukesh premji maru. after the godrej edge pro refrigerator hassle with kohinoor santacruz west (twice) & vardhman electronics kandivali west (once). now godrej salesperson b sinha 1752 played with us saying godrej company will give 02 years warranty which the vendor will give only 01 yr & with this 02 year warranty offer we booked d same refrigerator(14000/-) at inr 15080/- and now when the refrigerator arrived yesterday 23.08.2013 it has only 01 yr warranty & mr sinha denies to accept the fact of 02 yr warranty saying thats for reliance (which has nothing concerned with the commitment he did to us). when we told him that we r to compliant the higher authorities for this issue; he says he in not bothered for that & says if in case he accept the issue he need to pay inr 1000/- for the extra warranty from his pocket again which we r not concerned with. secondly the new refrigerator which we booked against the chq payment on 15.08.2013 6.45pm (with b sinha official leave on 16.08.2013) is making sound whose P.D.I is done at bhiwandi warehouse dt 16.08.2013 which we were informed that it would be done from vikroli & the consignment will come from vikroli which arrived from bhiwandi. how funny to just sell the product. not yet received the proper invoice. our warranty as of now as per mr sinha own laws rely on tax invoice cum challan. kindly check the issue thoroughly & do the needful earliest that we get the offer being commited alongwith solving the technical issue of sound from the newly installed refrigerator. thanks.goodday. mukesh premji maru. a vastu supreme. mumbai. ********84.
