This is a Fraud Online Gifts company. I am an NRI and I placed an order on 27th February for cake, flowers and wine delivery for my father in law n mumbai. The amount was INR 3204/-. I wanted the delivery on 28th February. The payment was processed. I got the invoice as well with Order Number: GTMC-0781.

The order was not delivered on 28th February. I tried calling up on the numbers on the invoice, no one answered for long time. Only once it went through, and the moment I tried explaining my case, the person on the other end put my call on hold endlessly. I tried calling from other numbers, all calls were not answered. I sent emails, there is no response till date. They also have online chat system where I tried checking.. They responded they will get back in 2 hours and no response again till date.

We have tried to get hold of people in India to call this company, but all have failed. This is really a fraud company operating in India and it needs to be stopped.

I would really appreciate if this complaint could be taken seriously as I have dealt with many online gifts companies before, however I have not faced this kind of issue.

Appreciate if you could take serious action as this is clearly a fraud / scam to loot money with no intention of providing any service. They are not even ready to respond to calls, emails or anything.
