I ordered some gift and paid the amount online but not delivered the gift and no communication provided by company why gift is not deliver. When I call his reply you don't pay the extra delivery charges that's why we have not delivered the items. When I ordered the items I received the mail your item is booked. When today I call him, he told me he is unable to return your money, give me another location and date we will deliver the gift. That is totally a fraud case.
