Getting wrong calls and msgs from a guy. His name is Balu, harassing me by calling all the time, using different numbers. Very much frastruted with this wrong calls and msgs. Somehow got his permanent number(********97), and approx. address(staying in his aunt's house near factory, borabanda, Hyderabad). Already warned him so many times, but he is not caring my words. Please help me out.

Complainant's Goal: Please stop him doing such wrong calls and msgs, by taking severe action.
