Myself Anees Ahmed Shaikh, Resi. at Nalasopara . I'm postpaid customer & registered user of tata docomo sim No. is ********06. I'm here to escalate my issue which I'm faced from tata docomo gallery in NALASOPARA, VASAI & VIRAR. I'm postpaid user of plan 299/- & Tata docomo service provider started plan of 899/- without any intimation or any of my conformation, when I ask to gallery person regarding any request which you recieved from me to start of plan 899/- they immediate gave me request reference No. ********** I shocked!
When I ask for any proof of application given by me to start of plan 899/- , they reply me that I had requested it from phone.
I immediate pay my current tata docomo bill & request them to convert my postpaid No. in to prepaid service, they started neglecting my request, When I force them to deactivate my account on immediate effect, then they started convincing me to continue no. in prepaid service.
After getting convince, I ready to continue service in prepaid plan. I completed all the formalities of filling new application & submitting docs, they started wasting time in searching blank prepaid sim card. Atlast I got reply that we have prepaid sim available in stock, you have to visit after 2/3 days or you can visit to vasai tata docomo gallery , the prepaid sim cards are available there.
After getting fed-up , I run to vasai gallery & there I got the same reply from them, here once again I received new gallery address, this time address of virar tata docomo gallery.I even visited there & got same reply from them ( there is no available of prepaid sim card, you can visit after few days.).
Now, It's almost 15 days past & till yet, I had not get my prepaid sim card.

It's very pathetic to get these kind of service from tata docomo service gallery.
