i am Gurudev Singh s/o Mr. Vinod Singh.
I have Completed Graduation From Azad Institute Of Engineering & Tech Lucknow. I am unable to Deposit The fee of college because i did not get my Scholarship from Samaj kalyan Vibhag, my dues fee is 35,000 Rs.
I Have Submitted my All Document (10+2) in the College at the Time of Verification. I want get back my Certificate(10+2) only not Graduation Certificate so that I can Apply for any job based on 10+2 level I am not asking for my Graduation Certificate,is there any process or rule so that I can get back only my 10+2 Certificate only Please help me
