I am a bharat gas customer having a connection.
From last week (19-Mar-2011) i am calling these people for refillng my cylinder.

Each and every time they say, we will be sending it in next 1 hour or so but till date i haven't received the cylinder.

Proper action must be taken against these people. Even after having a legal gas connection why these peopple are not providing the cylinders and thus deteroiting the brand image of Bharat Gas ???
