Dear Sir,

My Bharat Gas consumer number is 18831. I booked the refill on 24 -08-2011 When inquired about the status of the booking the automated number informed that the bookings made upto 24-8-2011 had been billed. However, the supply has not been made.my distributor name is shiv shakti gas parmanand colony delhi-07.



When I wanted to speak to the concerned on the telephone number ********41 & ********46. nobody answers the complaints. What is the use of this number then? Please help me out.
