Games Active in TV and Games button on remote not working
I am DISH TV Customer since last three years,earliar i had normal set top box,after i understand that Dish TV is giving credit in account of Rs.400.00 if an exsiting customer takes their new HD Box which has 3 times better picture quality and 5 times better sound quality so i exchanged the box.
On the very same day when I tried to use their Games active facility i understood that this is not working for which I made so many complains to their customer service.
The problem is not yet resolved by them now there Customer service represantative said that they will send their technician but for that they will charge Rs.5/Kilometer travelling expences.
This problem is started when the HD set top box installed which I coneveyed to them well on time.So they should resolve this problem by replacing the box or by any other method which they are not doing.
