I'm Bhaarath from Chennai and I have an issue which i would like to explain:

1) I placed an order 110175274 on 12/8/2013 for 2 games MGS4 and Infamous 2 using my credit card for the amount 1,698.Rs. However I just got 1 game shipped MGS4, when i called them after seeing the parcel for just 1 game, they said Infamous 2 is out of stock we will give you a coupon code which you can use and redeem for an amount of 899.Rs. (their website showed Infamous 2 was in stock when i placed the order and website wont allow to checkout when a product is out of stock)'

2) I tried to use the coupon code 9OJAAS47 for 899.rs and tried to place another order for Infamous 2 again in 2 days as their website said its in stock,to be on the safer side i called game4u @ 022 ******** and spoke with Jedrick who said the game is in stock and I can place an order. But there was a catch - Website wont allow me to place an order for infamous 2 using the 899 coupon code saying "cart value is zero" (means I have to make the cart value not ZERO to place an order) So i added another game for Rs.2299(Rachet and clank Necxus) and Infamous for Rs.899 in order # 110175669. Over all value is Rs.3198 after using the coupon code for rs.899 its now 2299.Rs. - Again I just received Rachet and clank Nexus and No Infamous 2.

I callled them and they say Infamous 2 is not in stock - what about my 899.rs? - jedrick said I can choose any game for rs.899 which he will ship immediately provides if its in stock - I chose god of war 3 and sent a mail to service@game4u.com on Dec 19th as only via mail confirmation he can process the request.

Im still calling and sending chain mails for which I get fake promises and fraud replies - my 899.Rs is still with them from Dec 8th and I have no product in my hand. I have all call recording proofs, invoice proofs, screen shot proofs, CC statement etc etc
