We have owned Videocon washing machine for over 20+years and are loyal customers of all your products. Recently our washing machine broke down and we purchased a new "Virat Neo 8 kg" washing machine and barely used it 2-3 times since we were out of the country. Since we came back, the knob for dryer is not functioning correctly.

I went to the dealer that sold us the machine. Even when I purchased his behavior was not professional, he was not ready to write us a bill and shockingly not even give us a demo. I went to him to ask for assistance regarding the drying knob and he was extremely rude. He gave me the customer service number after asking multiple times, and when we asked him for customer service email address he said he does not know it! He did not even put the machines model number or our home address on the bill. He is not customer friendly and is driving loyal customers away with his behavior, rude attitude especially for a company that is customer facing.
