I placed order for Onida 23L oven with M/s Starcj on 22.8.2011.

I received two packets from Courier Company on 29.8.2011 containing Onida Microwave Oven 23L Grill, Maharaja's Nano Mixer Grinder, Recipe Book and Microwave Cookware but there was no dosa tawa. I called to M/s Starcj and made a complain for not receiving dosa tawa on the same day. Since 29.8.2011 I have been making number of calls but I did not get my dosa tawa till date.

Complainant's Goal: I want my free gift - dosa tawa
