To start from would like to question the current trust formed for which I have written a request to RTI for which I still vent received any response for the same. Would like to revive a synopsis of what is happening under your eye and government employee who are helping the trust to run the school in uncertain condition.
Points to look at:
The construction of the structure is 60 years old. The structural certificate from Karamchand Dodeja & co the life of structure was stated 40 years and still they manage to bribe engineers to get extensions. (Please find the photos mailed)
Every parent wants their child to learn and grow in a good school , just cause they are poor and in a government aided school they still have the right to what every common man has. It is in no condition to for students to study let it be the infrastructure or the education, management is acting blind and working for their own favour.Please do check the photos mailed along.
The request for the existing trust has been made to RTI but hasn’t got any response from them and so was the request was handed to the school authority but hasn’t got any kind of response for the same.
The condition of the school is very bad and would like to inform you as being the owner of this property; I take no responsibility for the structure which is standing on our property of any uncertainty or so on.
Note: A notice has been drafted to BMC for the same.
Donations in the form of admission from the poor.
Computer fee is being asked and they are in no working conditions.
An audit report from Ca-S Gajja dated 06.02.1986 stated the following:
1. Dead stock register is not maintained by the trust.
2. The minute books have not been produced for verification
3. CDS refund received on behalf of the teachers remain undisbursed as liability
4. Deposit of rs.896.66 shown in the balance sheet could not be verified
5. The trust has carried out painting of the school and has spent Rs.20, 000 on this account. The Payment has been made in cash and no tenders are invited.
6. A response from the (dy.director of education) stated the following
1. School building, classroom, science lab, and sanitary block not clean.

2. Staff room not suitable and properly furnished.
3.5 teachers were absent that day without sanction of leave
4. Laboratory apparatus are not adequate and available are not in use.
5. Tuition fees and term fees are not properly maintained.
6. Voucher file is not properly maintained.
7. Cash book is not properly maintained.
8. Statement of accounts for the year 1982 - 83 was not shown.
7. A warrant has been issued in the year 1992 (form no EPF.C.P.2) for bogus bills (police complaint had been made and the officer was bribed for shutting the case) and undefined use of the funds.

8. A notice from the parent of a child who studied in Sind cosmopolitan high school about the condition of the school. as she feared the life of her child.
9. The school was leased and since the death of my father the trust has been changed and no records have been provided by the school management or by the RTI.
