Submitted my iphone 6 plus for service in working condition with a only complaint of rapidly draining battery to the icare service centre (Ample Technologies Pvt Ltd) Delhi (RAF No. SVD1121754). At the time of submission my phone was working in all aspect. The inspected and endorsed in service Request Acceptance form that the phone was having one dent in corner of the phone (size of the dental is less than one millimetre) and No comments on BENT was not mentioned as there exist no BENT in my iPhone during the time of submission . Paid advance service charge of Rs. 1000/-. Took a feedback from Ample Tech Pvt Ltd on the same day (01 Dec 2016 at 21:12hrs) and I was informed that my iphone's software has been done reset and software re-installation done. Subsequently they have kept it for observation for a period of 24 hours. Today I got a email for the Ample Tech Pvt Ltd that my phone is powering on due to faulty charging port as there is a dent and as well is BENT evidently. And more so, as my phone is out of warranty they insisted me for total replacement of the iPhone making a payment of Rs.25722/-. When I went to the service centre I was handed over my iPhone in a completely dead condition though i have had given my iPhone in working condition with a complaint of battery discharging faster than the ideal way and there was NO Physical Damage i.e "BENT" of my iPhone at the time of submission. It is obviously and strongly evident that my iPhone has been mishandled/spoiled by untrained/incompetent so called service engineers of Ample Tech Pvt Ltd who had spoiled my phone beyond a repairable condition intentionally. When I declined to avail their offer of out of warranty replacement and questioned them if my iPhone's charging port is non-functional and damaged, how did they re-installed the software (Software Update/re-installation requires an active functional/working port) through a non-functional port as they claim it now?? Therefore, it is evident that my iPhone charging port was working till the time the service intentionally tampered and damaged my iPhone physically. I was so very much disappointed and regret for buying iPhone/apple product and giving it for service in the centre recommended by Apple itself (Senior Advisor Mr. Madhu Sudhan. Then I demanded my iPhone in the same condition it was during the time of submission so that i will keep using the iPhone with compromised battery life (approx 08 hours of usage per 100% battery) pre-diagnostic condition, I was answered arrogantly by the service engineers, customer executives of both Ample Tech Pvt Ltd and Apple company and threatened me that they will NOT take the ownership or responsibility of the mishandling and making the phone beyond repair-ability and denying to accept the fact that service engineer intentionally bent my iPhone in order to make it out of service. The customer service executive and senior advisor from Apple and Ample Tech were not not ready listen my complaint and arrogantly disconnected abruptly during the conversation proving their guilt and shameful act in regards to my case. I request a legal action to be taken on the service centre for damaging and tampering my iPhone and wanting to avail the replacement with payment in order to steal money from me and earn their incentives and achieving their business targets. The AMPLE Tech Ltd is a fraudulent company that gives harassment & mental torture, cornering and black mailing the customers, manipulating the customers' ignorance of electronics knowledge and their apprehension, playing with customers' valuable money in order to steal money. Its a shame on Apple company to sell products in India and I am ashamed customer to avail the services ignorantly and innocently falling prey to Apple company.
