koovs.com is online deal seller sold and is still selling discount deals of balagopal.com a online retailer of kids toys and kids health products at the rate of Rs25/- which fetch a discount of Rs 250/- on kids products except diapers on minimum purchase of Rs500/-.

There are also other terms and conditions of course:
1) Only one voucher valid for household- where as koovs started selling multiple vouchers without any restriction.
2) Shipping charges are additional- thats not an issue!

But the vouchers koovs which sold are not getting redeemed as balagopal.com is showing them as invalid!

Ofcourse I bought 3- vouchers myself for different users(my friends), i used a voucher for myself which I could redeem but the other two could not be used by my friends!

When contacted and asked why, they say that these 3-vouchers are bought in a single transaction and so they dont work any more for the reason that multiple transaction for same household should be restricted.

So my friend bought another voucher from koovs.com in a different transaction, even that did not work while transacting with balagopal.com!

Also the codes which koovs selling is same for all deals/ vouchers!

To my knowledge the balagopal.com has stopped accepting koovs codes as the response from customers is extreme, but for those who could not redeem whats the deal!

That means both the companies have cheated and are still cheating the customers BY koovs STILL SELLING THE CODES and balagopal.com BLOCKED THE CODE FROM REDEEMING!
