I'd ordered "Bose Sound Sport Free Truly Wireless Sport Headphones (Midnight Blue/Citron)" from MaxmartIndia.in with COD . Delhivery team delivered on 23rd July' 2018 and in front of them i've opened parcel and showed the wrong product. But delivery boy quoted thats not their problem and collected cash Rs 2999/- and advised me to contact merchant. from that day on wards i'm trying to reach them but no response. When i contacted "Delhivery" team they are not helping me to provide the details. Attaching the mail communication & delivered product for your ref.
I see both parties here cheating consumers miserably. Request you to check thoroughly and help me in retrieving the cash 2999/- urgently. Thanks for your support and looking forward to hear from you on the developments.
