Dear sir or madam,

Iam also one of them who have being cheated by TVC sky shop. I ordered from online site of tvcskyshop.com, a mobile phone of ICON G4 mobile which is about 6,490 and paid it by my debit card on 20th of august 2011 with the order number 0w00010113. As tvcskyshop promises in 48 hours to deliver, i didnot receive my product as of this 30 august. They sent me a AWB no. EM********8IN of Indian post for tracking. I tried the tracking number online but i am not able to see that and the online status says that has reached chennai but again reverted to MUMBAI. I called 4 times to tvcskyshop regarding my status of order and the product i have not yet received, but the customer care people are not giving me the right answer regarding it. They just hang up the phone saying that it will be delivered soon.

Iam really surprised by their behaviour, that they dont care about their customers and just making fraud promises. Nor they give us call to check whether their complaint is being solved. I really request the court to take severe action against TVCskyshop.com and punish them severly with penalties. And help us to get our money back from them.

I definetely say that none of them are happy about their product even they receive them. The government should raid their mumbai site and help the public get their money back and should ban to give them license of selling them in website.


I hope the honarable court takes action against them and give us right judgement.
Hope to get some positive results soon.

And i recommend other indian peoples to be careful not to buy any products from this fraud company.Why indian government is not taking steps to put them behind bars.Why dont police go their and catch them and get our all money back?
