This is complaint against Travel Ageny (Al Wahhab Tours Internal) which is located in Bannerghatta Road.
I would like to inform you that this travel agency is a big fraud & highly cheating customers.
We were planning for Umrah & one of our relative suggested to go through this travels as they give the best service. We had been there on 5th Dec 2012 & spoke to them, before getting the amount they were very good with us & gave the date as well that when we would be departing from India.
According to them they assured the date as 7th Jan & asked us to submit Passports in order to start the process. We submitted our poassports & money of Rs.42,000/- for each member for toal 6 members on 10th Dec 2012. When the date was near, they said it will take some more time as the passports has been sent to Mumbai for Immigration & Visa & provided the date as 17th Jan. Now this has been continuing from past 2 months with the same reason & till date we have not been given any service or support. Everytime when we call to that repsctive person, either his phone is out of reach or not exist.
He changed his number without even informing or updating us. Somehow we found his number & when we called the first time on his new number he said he will get back to us with an update & since then his phone is out of reach.
We even spoke to his father & we only get an update that he is not aware of his son as where he is & what he is doing as his father is the owner of this Agency.
Now this has went to an extent & when we said to his father to return our poassports he denies & says that the passports are still in Mumbai.
We also got an update that there were many batches sent from this Agency to Umrah, but we 6 members have no update, no comunication on this.
Please help us in getting our passports & money back from his Fraud travel Agency & also i would suggest everyone to please not use this Travel agency service even they offer you for free. They are highly cheating people.
