Two fraud transactions(total around 41,000) were done on my SBI card. I complaint them regarding the same. After around 20 days they said that password he entered was correct so you have to pay. But at first place password was correct entered during transaction that’s why transactions were approved. That is not the thing they are telling after twenty days. If they would have contacted merchant when I complaint they may not have delivered the product.
As fraud transactions are online with some SBI help I would have easily got my money back, as it is not difficult to find out. Instead of helping they have charged me with interest this month though transactions were not shown in last statement.
I request you to help me regarding the same. Transactions were done from Barcelona, Spain on Ticketmaster.
