Fraud RTO Agent

Shri balaji Motors ( Mob: ********35 told the name as Ashish Sharma) listed in Just dial is a fraud RTO agent. I asked him for reposting of my RC book which returned to RTO since I was out of station at that time. He told me that he will charge Rs. 1500/- for this work which I have send him through Paytm. After two days he told me that there is a challan for jumping red light and you have to pay Rs. 3700/- for this. again and again he asked money by giving false reasons either through Paytm or in Oriental Bank of Commerce A/c No. 3022011006250 IFSC code: ORBC0100302 and took about Rs.14000/- in total. Still I did not get the RC Then I enquired from RTO regarding my case. RTO official informed me that no case is filed for reposting of RC. He and his so called brother Amit Sharma (Mob: ********27 registered with Justdial with the name Amit Consultancy ) both are Fraud RTO agent. Their Office address is also Fraud. Now when I am trying to contact him he does not pick the phone or cut it.
