Please send the gift at the earliest. I have another concern that I was told about ECS for 12 months tenure even that did not happen.

I have 2 concerns here :
1. I was told that I can opt ECS of Rs.750 * 12 months which the agent said and the accounts team conveyed will be done in 72 hours. That did not happen yet.
2. I was told will get the git offer Samsung 48" LED TV even that did not happen I have been sending this stupid mails every day since yesterday your team is not responding to my calls or email this is ridiculous.
I also found another customer support # 01206510999 now that number is also switched off. It seems that there is some fraud happening here you people sent cheap product not even worth 2000 and making us wait for our product.I need this issue to be resolved at the earliest. It is very disappointing that your team cheated me giving false information.

My order ID : QKR-1520607130 I was supposed to get 48" LED TV as a gift for ordering the combo offer though that is not worth 2000 you have charged 8989. I have been calling +********0196 & +********5539 since 4 days they said they will dispatch and there is no hidden charges and later there is no response when calling back to these numbers. Today I found the customer support # 01206510999. Since morning I have been having a run around by your team.
My concerns which are not taken into consideration by your team:
1. ECS not updated yet.
2. Gift offer 48" LED Samsung TV not delivered as discussed
3. No response from these numbers when called and customer support
Deepak speaks rudely.
4. Was told no hidden until yesterday, Today out of the blue came out with some hidden charges.
I would like someone to address this issue at the earliest and dispatch my material or I will go to consumer forum to claim my product and for the mental and physical agony will also claim 1 crore as your employees are rude and doesn't know the meaning of customer care. Though spoke to Deepak normally he is been sarcastic. He denied connecting to a supervisor. the others disconnected the call stating that they will let the supervisor call me.
I have recorded the statement by him and I will sue Quickron.

I dfid notice that you people are insisting to pay the amount but not providing any proof of your employment.
I have recorded the statements and i will definitely go to consumer forum as there is already a complaint lodged against quickron.

Theses are the conversation we had with your team.
Point 1 if your team is calling from Quikron they gave DTDC email id why.
I have already registered a complaint and all the numbers in the list are switched off and soon we will take a legal action against you for mental and physical agony i am going to consumer forum and cyber team to lodge a complaint.
