I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N-7100 from Spice Hotspot, Sahara Mall, Gurgaon on 27-05-2013 from my friend's credit card. I must be thinking that they are a genuine retail outlet. But it was my largest mistake that I believed on their commitments which were totally fakes. They are doing scams with their customers because I myself suffereing alot because of them.
The first very important thing is that they generated a bill for me for the phone which is not Worthful for me at all because this phone was already used a month before from the date I purchased it from them. That is the reason Samsung customer care people declined to give the customer services on this phone.
The second important thing is that they generated a credit card statement for me for the purchase of this phone along with the bill of this phone. But what I came to know is that the EMI number is different on both bill and credit card statement. It means the credit card statement does not belong to my phone.
The third major thing is that they assured me completely for the 15% cash back scheme on this phone which was available those days on Note 2. They told me that I will get the cash back by 25th July 2013. So on the basis of your commitments I contacted my bank for cash back. But what I came to know is that their store even not listed for this scheme. So they also refused to give cash back scheme to us.
When I talked to the manager of Hotspot regarding to this issue he told me that they must have told me about the cash back just to sell their product.
So here I am putting some points because of which I am suffering alot...
1). They sold me a phone which was already been used.
2). EMI number is not same on both bill and on credit card statement.
3). I have not got my 15% cash back yet which was committed by them.
4). Samsung is not giving me customer service on my brand new phone which was purchased from Spice Hotspot.
5). They gave me fake commitments and assurance.
