Dear Service Incharge,
I have purchased Voltas Split A/c (1.5 Ton Gold Model) on 7th August 2013 from Ojus Enterprises (Sky Deelz), RZ-1A/13, Ground Floor, Vijay Enclave, Dwarika, Sector 1, New Delhi-110045 at a price value of Rs. 23000.
At the time of sales, Dealer (Bhupender) told me that this product is of second grade sales which means all technical parts (Machinery) are of supreme quality but exterior body may have some scratches due to which there is a difference of Rs 2000 to 3000 from market price. But the guarantee & warranty of the product is same from the company side, as per new machine. He also told me that you can only avail the benefit of guarantee & warranty only when the installation is done from company side.
As per suggestion I called Voltas customer care & ask for installation with a reference no - 13AU0801023, Customer I.D - C4262760. On 11th August your executive came & installed machine. On starting machine it started throwing water inside the room. Executive told me that there is some technical problem & he will send engineer by evening for the same.
Next day I called on your toll free no & again register the complaint, after 2 days I received a call confirming that my machine is not covered under guarantee & warranty scheme as inner & outer body both are of different model & the sticker of inner body was scratched off, which means this machine was rejected from the company side & was sold in scrap. So I requested your executive to uninstall machine so that I can give it back to dealer & he did same.
I again visited to dealer & he is saying that this machine comes under guarantee & warranty from company side & I need to get in touch with you people for the future reference. As he has already sold out 200 pieces in the market. He also refused to pay my money back. I stay in Modinagar & Dwarka, New Delhi is about 110 km from here. I tried to save 2 to 3 K but now I wasted more than that.....
Sir I request you to clear down the aforesaid issue, as it seems a clear case of fraud from the dealer side. Inner machine is of 2012 model where as Exterior is of 2009 model.
Kindly give the reply of my mail so that I can show it to dealer & ask for refund or if machine is under guarantee & warranty then why my problem is not getting solved.

Thank you sir for this online posted complaint/feedback I was about to buy from same shop on one of my friend reffered me thank god I did not buy it from them.
