I am the customer of yes bank since last 4 years. My Account no. is 00********00084. I also taken the Max new york life policy from yes bank officer Mr. Durga Jain. My Policy no is : ********0. Mr. Durga Jain has taken the policy before 4 years. But now i would like to know my policy fund value. I have visited the yes bank brach on dated 29/05/2012. But there is no any satisfactory answer from the Yes Bank rajkot branch officer. And they reply that your policy has closed. How could you close my policy without any intimate to me. One thing i should clarify that there is no any communication by the post or by Phone regarding my policy to me since last 2 years. At the time of taking the policy the branch officer durga has told me that yuou have to paid the premium for only 3 years and after 3 years you got a large amount more than the premium you paid. That promisable sentence was told by the Yes Bank Branch Head. I already paid up the premium for 4 years.
