We purchased two residential plots from brijasha in 2012. The plots are located in Kukas, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The project name is Brijasha Royale. We made a payment of Rs 5 Lakhs to the builder so far. Last week the builder sent us an email saying they are a fraud company. They said the land deal was a fraud. They have forfeted all our payments. We have all the pappaperwork and initial agreement which was signed between builder and us. We have also a copy of all payments made to the builder. Please advise how to proceed with this situation. The builder is a pvt ltd compant in Delhi and jaipur with offices at both locations. They are looking at closing these offices .
