I have purchased my mobile along with Gold 20K insurance from Jay Jalaram Technologies Pvt Ltd (Kore Mobile) Galaxy Complex, Naroda Branch on dtd. 16/07/2017.

Gold 20K Full Cover mobile insurance - 1750/-
Some how my mobile got damaged (Operating system is in working condition only screen damaged so touch pad needs to be replace) on 03/09/2017. Now after 21 days of time duration i received call from Kore Mobile Service Center (0********00) that my mobile is beyond repair and they are ready to replace the same mobile but first i need to submit Entire mobile Kit to Kore Mobile Store so that they will generate the Credit note and inform me to replace.
I have submitted Entire Kit on 29/09/2017 to Kore Mobile Store, Galaxy Complex Naorda Branch. When i went to their store to replace the mobile they denied and made credit not of only 9400/- that is 50% of my mobile price.
I am trying to call on the same number from last two days but there is no response.
My only request is to repair my mobile and return back to me as soon as possible.
