I have purchased some items through naaptol on 27/12/2010 vide order no. 1150461 referring news paper advt. and made the payment accordingly beliving that the product will come to me in committed time. by repeated followup to Naaptols customer care Number No Proper/Responsible replay is given.

Again I launched a complaint with Naaptol for the same issue vide Complaint No. 426181 on 15/1/2011 But still date no positive response from them.
